The wounded man is probably 2/400121 Private Leonard Bruce Smeaton, A Company 3RAR who died of wounds at an American Field Hospital three days later. The "Doctor" is probably 31998 Sergeant Noel William "Doc" Tampling, of 3RAR's Regimental Aid Post (RAP). | ||
